Girl of the Week: Ashlynn

Meet Ashlynn, the girl of the week. What an awesome bag she brought to share!

And that she loves to read (but that was no shock). We also loved hearing about her motorcycle riding. This picture isn't really that great, but the expression on her face made me laugh so I just had to post it.
Not to mention her card games (that was REALLY not a big shock)
These are her dogs that she simply adores.
We also learned that she likes playing Guitar Hero. What a fun person we have in our group! (And her great birthday haircut rocked our world too!)

Girl of the Week: Chelsea

This week's Me Bag was from Chelsea. She brought some great things to show us! I especially like this first picture when she's holding up her Student ID card. So cute!
Holding a mug she likes, along with a pretty pink scarf. Chelsea is also really into cats. She has one of her own and brought us this picture to represent her love of them.

Girl of the Week: Kjersten

Every week we're having one girl share her "Me Bag", which is basically a bag that represents who she is. This week was Kjersten.
She loves Sun Chips and the Boy Band that she is kissing in the picture. I don't remember who they are (sorry K!)
She also used to do Civil War reenactments with her dad. This is a medal that she won for best youth character.
Kjersten is on the Puyallup High dance team and is a great dancer! Her best friend Brenda is on the team with her and just happens to be in our group. We were treated to a couple performances and loved them! So so glad these girls are in our group!

Steilacoom Cider Squeeze
If this doesn't say it accurately, I don't know what does. Our group went to the Steilacoom Apple Cider Squeeze event this past weekend and it was a complete dud of an outing. Why, you ask? Because they RAN OUT OF APPLES! At the Cider Squeeze! With hours left to go before they closed down! My word, it was definitely not what we were hoping for. Still, we enjoyed hanging out with each other and sharing this event that will not be repeated. Ever.

Wow, we give out some great prizes here in the GO Group! After having the girls introduce each other and tell a funny story, they were given the best awards they have ever received in their entire lives. From fake beards to monster roses, they just couldn't believe their good fortune! Thanks Ally for posing with some of the great prizes. -Angie

First Meeting

We had such a fun time meeting on the first night! We hung out, talked, ate, and learned more about each other. We are looking forward to having more time together to bond and get to know one another even better in the upcoming months. Here are a few of the pictures from our first night. There were way too many to post them all, but you can bet I'll have plenty of pictures in the future. Thanks also to my fabulous guest photographer, Shayla. I'm pretty sure you'll be seeing more of her work as well! -Angie
